Richard J. Crowell Jr., PT, DPT, OCS

Rich Crowell is the owner of Romash & Crowell Physical Therapy. He is a licensed physical therapist in the state of NJ and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at The University of Scranton. Rich started his career working as an aide and intern with Rich Romash, and has had the pleasure of working with and receiving Rich Romash’s mentorship over the last 15 years. Rich is also a proud alumni and supporter of Camden Catholic High school.

Rich has advanced training in orthopedic sports and general physical therapy. He is a board certified clinical specialist in the area of orthopedics. Rich has gained the trust of multiple physicians and surgeons in the South Jersey area during his years of high quality work.

One of the first four physical therapists in New Jersey to receive the title of Orthopaedic Certified Specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association, Rich Romash has been practicing physical therapy for over 40 years. He started his private practice in 1984, which has prospered and evolved into Romash and Crowell Physical Therapy. Rich is known and trusted by South Jersey and Philadelphia-area orthopaedic and general surgeons, pediatricians, general practitioners and podiatrists. He has provided rehabilitation services for sports programs associated with local area high schools for many years. 

 

Rich is excited to continue working in partnership with Rich Crowell and serving the South Jersey community.

Jeffrey J. Miller, PT, DPT 

Jeffrey J. Miller is a graduate of the University of Scranton’s Exercise Science undergraduate program and Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Prior to receiving his DPT and subsequent employment as a therapist, Jeffrey made his mark as an extremely competent and knowledgeable student intern at Richard Romash Physical Therapy. His areas of expertise includes orthopaedic and sports physical therapy for all age groups and an emphasis on balance and falls in the geriatric demographic. 

 

Jeffrey has spent his recent continuing education hours studying the treatment of balance patients and overhead athletes. His interest in his continued career advancement include baseball throwing mechanics, vestibular training and McKenzie diagnosis and treatment.

Giavana Good, PT, DPT, LSVT

Dr. Giavana Good earned her undergraduate degree in Health Promotion and Wellness Management from Rowan University, followed by her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Neumann University. While completing her education, Giavana gained early clinical experience as a physical therapy aide at Romash and Crowell, where she was mentored by our team and developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care.

She is LSVT BIG certified in the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease and has a special interest in balance and fall prevention, vestibular therapy, and neurologic rehabilitation. Giavana is passionate about helping her patients regain confidence, mobility, and independence through personalized, evidence-based care.

Sarah E. Jesuncosky PT, DPT

Sarah E. Jesuncosky is a graduate of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia where she received her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Soon after her graduation of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program, Sarah worked as an aide at Romash Physical Therapy, while she was studying for her PT license board exam. Sarah has lived most of her life in South Jersey however, soon after passing her PT license board exam, she relocated to the Outer Banks. Sarah spent about 4 years in the Outer Banks of NC where her passion became her reality and she specialized her craft as a pelvic floor physical therapist. She also started, implemented, and grew a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy program at the Outer Banks Hospital outpatient rehab clinic.

 

Sarah is now permanently relocated to the South Jersey area again with her husband and two children, where she is now looking forward to sharing her passion and skillset with Romash and Crowell Physical Therapy. She continues learning and growing her skills with continuing education specializing in pelvic floor diagnoses, conditions, and evidence based treatments.
