Richard J. Crowell Jr., PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Rich Crowell is the owner of Romash & Crowell Physical Therapy in Haddonfield. He is a licensed physical therapist in the state of NJ and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at The University of Scranton. Rich started his career working as an aide and intern with Rich Romash, and has had the pleasure of working with and receiving Rich Romash’s mentorship over the last 15 plus years.

Rich has advanced training in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. He is a board certified clinical specialist in the area of orthopedics. Rich has gained the trust of multiple physicians, health professionals, and surgeons in the South Jersey area over the last 15 plus years due to his high quality patient care.

​

When not in the clinic Rich is spending time with his wife Caitlin and 3 children Will, Maddie, and Annie, coaching youth sports and golfing. Rich and his family are members and supporters of the Cherry Hill Soccer club, Cherry Valley Swim Club , Merchantville country Club, Resurrection Catholic school, and Camden Catholic High School. Rich enjoys being involved in both his work community in Haddonfield but also his local community in Cherry Hill.

Richard Romash, PT OCS

One of the first four physical therapists in New Jersey to receive the title of Orthopaedic Certified Specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association, Rich Romash has been practicing physical therapy for over 40 years. He started his private practice in 1984, which has prospered and evolved into Romash and Crowell Physical Therapy. Rich is known and trusted by South Jersey and Philadelphia-area orthopaedic and general surgeons, pediatricians, general practitioners and podiatrists. He has provided rehabilitation services for sports programs associated with local area high schools for many years. 

 

Rich is excited to continue working in partnership with Rich Crowell and serving the South Jersey community.

Jeffrey J. Miller, PT, DPT 

Jeff Miller is a graduate of the University of Scranton’s Exercise Science undergraduate program and Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Jeff’s areas of expertise include orthopedic and sports physical therapy for all age groups, with an emphasis on overhead athletes.

Jeff grew up in Haddon Heights and Barrington, NJ and is a graduate of Haddon Heights High School. Jeff’s love of sports and athletics started in high school where he participated in football and track. He continues to enjoy the challenge of working with local athletes and getting them back on the field as quick and efficiently as he can.

​

When not in the clinic Jeff is spending time with his wife, Megan, and son, Jameson, barbecuing, watching sports, playing golf, or working out at the gym.

Giavana Good, PT, DPT, LSVT

Giavana Good is a graduate of Rowan University where she received her undergraduate degree in Health Promotion and Wellness management. She went on to receive her Doctorate degree in physical therapy from Neumann University. While in school, she worked as an aide at Romash and Crowell Physical Therapy receiving mentorship from the team. Giavana is LSVT BIG certified in the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease and excited to continue her career as a physical therapist with special interests involving balance and fall prevention, Parkinsons Disease, and vestibular therapy.

Giavana grew up in Bellmawr, New Jersey, and graduated from Audubon High School, where she was active in track and cheerleading — Go Green Wave! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, as well as reading and watching Harry Potter.

Sarah E. Jesuncosky PT, DPT

Sarah Jesuncosky is a graduate of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia (now St. Joe’s) where she received her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Sarah is originally from Audubon, NJ and graduated from Audubon High School. Soon after passing her PT license board exam, Sarah relocated to the Outer Banks of NC. Sarah spent 4 years in the Outer Banks where her passion became her reality and she specialized her craft as a pelvic floor physical therapist. She also started, implemented, and grew a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy program at the Outer Banks outpatient rehabilitation clinic.

​

Sarah has now relocated back to South Jersey where she is able to spend more time with her family. When Sarah is not in the clinic she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, being outside as much as possible, and baking.
